Apple is hosting its launch event today where it is likely to unveil the anticipated iPhone 12 lineup. The company is formally calling the event "High, Speed" that is enough to speculate a faster experience through the new iPhone models. Us President Donald Trump has completed his course of treatment for Covid-19 and can return to public engagements this weekend, his physician has said..
Dr Sean Conley said the president has responded 'extremely well' to medication and had remained stable.
Mr Trump earlier pulled out of next Thursday's TV debate with democratic rival Joe Biden after organisers said it would have to be a virtual event.
The move sparked a row about how and when further debates would take place.
In a memo released by the White House on thursday evening, Dr Conley said Mr Trump was displaying no signs to suggest progression of illness.
Saturday will be day 10 since(last) Thursday's diagnosis and based on the trajectory of advanced diagnostics the team has been conducting , I fully anticipate the president's safe return to public engagements at that time ,the memo added.
What about the presidential debates ?
On Thursday , the commission Organizing the second Presidential debate in Miami on 15 october said it would have to take place remotely because Mr Trump had tested positive for corona virus.
In response , Mr Trump said he was not going to waste my time on a virtual debate.
At the moment it appears a debate could take place on 22 October , Although in what form remains to be seen.

YouTube has long allowed its users to test new features and products before they go live to a wider audience. But in a recent change, YouTube's latest series of experiment are being limited t those who subscribe to the premium tier of YouTube service. Currently,paid subscribers are the only one able to test several new product features, including one that allows ios users to watch YouTube videos directly on the home screen.
This is not the same thing as the picture-in-picture option that's become available to app developers with IOS 14, to be clear. instead YouTube home page s to watch videos with the sound on while they scroll through their feeds.
Two other experiment are related to search. One lets you filter topics you search for by additional languages, including Spanish , french ,or Portuguese. The other lets you use your voice search to pull videos when using the chrome web browser.
None of this test will be very lengthy , however . two of the three new experiments wrap up on october 20, 2020 for example . The other wraps on October 27. And they've only been live for a few weeks.
YouTube says the option to test the features was highlighted to premium subscribers a few weeks ago within the YouTube app. It's also the first time that YouTube has run an experimentation program tied to the premium service.
The company didn't make a formal public announcement, but the addition was just spotted by several blogs, including XDA Developers and Android Central, For example.
Contrary to some reports, however it doesn't appear that YouTube's intention is to close off all its experiments to anyone except its paid subscribers.

Its updated guidance says this airborne route of transmission is still uncommon-bigger droplets from coughs, sneeze and talking are the still the main source.
People are at higher risk of catching it the longer and closer they are to someone who has the virus.
Last month the CDC published and then took down a draft version of the guidance warning about possible airborne transmission , saying it had been posted in error.
At the time WHO(world health org) said it knew of no new evidences to suggest this was how the virus was spreading, although it agreed that aerosol transmission was possible in some circumtances.
There are some examples where people with Covid have infected others who were 6ft or 2m away. Others have caught the virus in an air space that an infectious person was present in minutes or hours later.
The CDC says these are rare, and existing advice on protective behaviours- washing hands, waering face coverings and social distancing- remains the same.
People can protect themselves from the virus that causes covid-19 by staying at least 6ft away from the others , wearing a mask that covers their nose and mouth, washing their hands frequently, cleaning touched surfaces often and staying home when sick," says the CDC.

US President Donald Trump has made a dramatic return to the White House to continue his treatment for coronavirus after a three night hospital stay.
The President removed his mask on the balcony of the white house, where several staff and aides have tested positive for the virus in recent days.

The US has had 7.4 million cases of covid-19 and 210,000 deaths.

Following the short helicopter ride,Mr Trump was pictured alone on the Truman Balcony of the White House. He removed his protective face mask , before giving a thumbs-up and a military style salute.

He added "We're going to be out front,As your leader , I had to do that . I knew there's danger to it, but i had to do it. i stood out front and led".
He also promised that vaccines were "coming momentarily", although the US Centers for Diseases Control has said no vaccine is expected to be widely available before the middle of next year.

Apple's iPhone 12 launch is almost here and while we know almost everything (both good and bad ) ,it seems that the company did have a big surprise up its sleeve . until now
Newly leakedd benchmarks for Apple's groundbreaking A14 Bionic chipset have revealed drastically better performance than expected , following Worrying results for the iPhone 12 destined hardware last month. But could it be dragged down by a problem of Apple's own making ?
Picked up a popular indistry insider Ice Universe , the A14 bionic chip was quietly tested on geekbench receiving single-core and multi-core scores of 1583 and 4198, respectively. This equates to 20% higher single-core and crica 30% higher multi-core scores than the A13 bionic inside the iPhone 11. For context , this blows away the Snapdragon 865+ ( 973 single-core, 3346 multi-core ) used in current Android flagships.
That said, there is one area of concern. The test scores come from Apple's upcoming ipad Air 4, which was the first device to be announced with the A14 bionic .Given this ipad's large battery capacity, the A14 can run unhindered but the same may not be true for the iPhone 12 range. This year Apple has choosen to significantly downgrade their batteries compared to the iPhone 11 line-up , so it remain to be seen whether the A14 bionic in these phones must run in a lower power state to conserve the power.

‘Senior police officers, political leaders involved in gold racket’
Chudamani Upreti aka Gore, the alleged mastermind behind 33 kg gold smuggling case, told Morang District Court on Sunday that high-ranking officers of Nepal Police and political leaders were tied to the international gold smuggling racket.
Without naming names, Gore told the court that officers holding senior police ranks and renowned politicians had involvement in the high-profile case. He also revealed that all smuggled gold went to India, and the missing 33 kg gold belonged to an Indian man whom he did not know.
He also insisted that he was not the linchpin in the case as the media had portrayed him.The District Court completed recording Gore’s statement on Sunday and sent him to judical custody pending trial.A special probe team, led by Home Joint Secretary Ishwor Poudel, had arrested Gore from Gaurighat in Kathmandu last week.

A meeting of the NA held today at the Federal Parliament Building, New Baneshwor, passed the policies and programmes for the upcoming fiscal year. President Bidya Devi Bhandari on May 21 had presented policies and programmes to the joint sitting of the Federal Parliament.

In the meeting, Prime Minister pledged to address the issues of natural disasters and people's problems.

Iranian forces in Syria launched a rocket attack on Israeli army bases in the Golan Heights early on Thursday, Israel said, prompting one of the heaviest Israeli barrages against Syria since the conflict there began in 2011.
The attack on the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights, just past midnight, marked the first time Iranian forces have hit Israel from Syria, where they have deployed along with Iran-backed Shi'ite militias and Russian troops to support President Bashar al-Assad in the country's civil war.
Dozens of Israeli missiles hit a radar station, Syrian air defense positions and an ammunition dump, Syrian state media said, underscoring the risks of a wider escalation involving Iran and its regional allies..

Earthquake jolts wide swath of Southern California..!
An early morning earthquake jolted a wide swath of Southern California awake Tuesday. CBS Los Angeles reports the quake, which struck about 6 miles south-southeast of Mt. San Gorgonio at about 4:49 a.m., was downgraded to magnitude-4.5. It was initially reported to have a preliminary magnitude of 4.6.
The temblor in the Cabazon area was felt as far west as the San Fernando Valley and Simi Valley, as far south as Tijuana, and near Barstow to the north. Residents in the Inland Empire reported feeling it strongly in cities like Menifee, Rancho Cucamonga and Temecula.
More than 9,000 people used the U.S. Geological Survey's citizen reporting website to say they felt the quake, but the Riverside County Fire Department received no reports of damage or injuries.

Lyme disease is a potentially life-altering illness that is caused by bacteria transmitted from the bite of a tick. Unfortunately, the incidence of Lyme Disease is on the rise throughout the Western Hemisphere, as tick populations are expanding due to climate change. To combat this spread, many people participate in Lyme Disease Awareness Month, and help educate the public about the symptoms and cause of Lyme Disease. Many regions and municipalities organize events and fundraisers to raise funds for research, and people wear green ribbons or replace their porch lights with green bulbs.
It is important to educate people about Lyme Disease, because it is often misdiagnosed. Early symptoms can include a rash, fever, headaches and fatigue. If the disease is left untreated, it can result in joint and heart problems, chronic pain, and cognitive problems such as difficulties concentrating or remembering things. As with many diseases, treatment is more effective if Lyme Disease is diagnosed early. Needless to say it’s absolutely vital that awareness is spread and people learn how to protect themselves, their families, and their pets from this potentially dangerous disease.
Pakistani Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal was wounded on Sunday in an apparent assassination attempt by a gunman linked to a new ultra-religious Muslim party - an incident likely to raise tensions before an election expected in late July, Reuters reported.

In a meeting held at the ministry of transport in kathmandu on sunday night , Transport minister raghubir Mahasth,secretary at the ministry and director general of the department of the transport management discussed the ways to end transport syndiate.
The transport entreprenuers have expressed their commitment to support the government initiatives ito end the transport syndicate by officially with drawingall kinds of protest programmes.
Speaking at press conference organised to inform about the understanding reached between the ministry of transport and transport entreprenuers , Minister Mahasethsaid the two sides have reached in agreeement to form a taskforce to make the transport sector and effective

MAY 7,2018SUB ENGINEER KILLED IN LANDSLIDE
A sub engineer was killed in a landslide that occured at a road construction site in rumaili talkot rural muncipalityin bajhang districts onmonday.
Engineer durga prasad of the chainpur taklakotroad office informed that sub engineer narayan dahal , who was at the construction site of ruwatola-dhuli road of chainpur -Taklakot road section along the seti lokmarga, was at his camp when the landslideoccured and swept him some 100 metres down the road.
Dahal, an employee of chandra nagarjun baniya jv construction PVT LTD,was dead on the spot the following incident.
The landslide occured at around 11am this morning and has swept away the camp where the workers stayed as well.There were no other human casualties as other workers were not at the camp when the landslide occured.
